These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the "Terms") govern the access to and use of the website fundelavix.com (hereinafter the "Site"), owned by Fundelavix Consultoría Financiera y Social, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter "Fundelavix"), with registered address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 505, Floor 12, Col. Cuauhtémoc, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06500, Mexico City, Mexico. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Nature of services

Fundelavix offers financial guidance and education services, as well as information about social and economic support programs available to Mexican citizens. The content published on the Site is informational and orientative in nature and does not constitute binding professional financial, legal, or tax advice.

Fundelavix is not a government entity, bank, or credit institution. We do not grant credits, loans, or direct subsidies. Our role is limited to guidance, education, and support in the management of available resources and programs.

2. Use of the website

The user agrees to use the Site in accordance with current legislation, these Terms, morality, good customs, and public order. The following is prohibited:

• Using the Site for unlawful purposes or contrary to what is established in these Terms.

• Attempting to access, manipulate, or interfere with the systems, servers, or networks connected to the Site.

• Reproducing, duplicating, copying, distributing, or using for commercial purposes any content on the Site without express written authorization from Fundelavix.

• Providing false or misleading information through the contact forms.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video files, databases, software, and graphic design, are the property of Fundelavix or its licensors and are protected by Mexican and international intellectual and industrial property laws.

The "Fundelavix" trademark and its associated logo are registered trademarks. Their use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of liability

Fundelavix makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site current and accurate; however, it does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the published content. In particular:

• Information about government support programs may change without prior notice by the corresponding authorities.

• Fundelavix is not responsible for financial decisions made based solely on the information provided on the Site.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site or the absence of technical errors.

• We are not liable for direct or indirect damages that may result from the use or inability to use the Site.

5. Forms and communications

By submitting information through the Site's contact forms, the user declares that the data provided is truthful and accurate. Fundelavix reserves the right not to respond to requests containing obviously false or incomplete information or that violate these Terms.

Submitting a form does not create any contractual relationship between the user and Fundelavix until both parties expressly formalize the provision of a specific service.

The Site may contain links to third-party web pages provided solely for the user's convenience. Fundelavix does not control or endorse the content of such sites and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the United Mexican States. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the Site or the interpretation of these Terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles.

8. Modifications

Fundelavix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
